        <description>
A GetWellNetwork? Account Manager is responsible for the daily operations and utilization of the PatientLife:)System at a designated client hospital. The Account Manager provides superior customer service and will be the liaison between the customers (Patients), the client (Hospital) and the GetWellNetwork Client Services team.  

We are currently seeking a temporary Account Manager to provide coverage to our client while the current Account manager is out on maternity leave.  This position may be filled by either one full-time employee or two part-time employees.  The duration of the temporary assignment is approximately 2-3 months.  Nursing Students are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  
?	Develop &amp; manage relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators and other key client contacts 
?	Serve as primary point of contact for the client, providing superior customer service to patients, nurses, administrators, other staff members. 
?	Assist in the development and execution of a strategic plan for the account 
?	Execute and manage the action plan for implementing features and functionality to achieve strategic outcome objectives
?	Monitor and report system utilization, as well as provide recommendations for improvement.
?	Identify opportunities for growth and new service opportunities within the account 
?	Provide and communicate account status
?	Conduct regularly scheduled staff training and orientation on functionality and use of system: 
?	Provide end-user support by ensuring timely resolution of operational issues/complaints
?	Maintain a process of continuous improvement to ensure patient and client satisfaction 
?	Ensure the smooth and proper day-to-day operation of the GWN system; provide level 1 system maintenance and perform system upgrades as directed by GWN technical staff  
?	Be on-call one week per month

Qualifications:

?	Previous experience working within a hospital or other health care environment required
?	Strong customer service skills 
?	Strong IT troubleshooting and diagnostic skills 
?	Excellent oral and written communication skills 
?	References required  
?	Must be willing to work evening/weekend hours as needed
?	Nursing Students &amp; RN&apos;s are encouraged to apply!
